• Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or new product launches.

Shipping Methods & Rates

• Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

• We currently ship within the United States. (International shipping may be offered in the future.)

Delivery Times

• Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

• Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier after they leave our facility.

• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll be happy to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Information

• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they have shipped, and orders shipped to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.

• Please provide your cell phone number during checkout so we can contact you should any issues arise with your online order
