We want you to love your purchase from Favored by AK. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.

    • Returns will not be accepted if items show signs of use, wear, damage, or alteration.

    • Broken or damaged items cannot be returned.

  2. Non-Returnable Items

    • Gift cards, sale items, special order, and personalized/custom products are final sale.

  3. Process

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  4. Refunds

    • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once items are received and inspected.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
