About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Retail Associate to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for presentation, and loves helping customers find the perfect item.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
Provide product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations
Operate the POS system to complete purchases, returns, and exchanges
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
Restock shelves and merchandise displays as needed
Assist with gift wrapping and packaging
Receive and unpack inventory shipments
Follow store policies for customer service, loss prevention, and returns

Qualifications:
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable using a POS system (training provided)

Schedule & Availability:
10–25 hours per week depending on business needs
Must be available some weekends, holidays, or evenings
